Footage shows visitors packing the exhibition hall, where traditional Russian handicrafts sit alongside aviation engines. Business representatives can also be seen holding talks on the sidelines, while 'Mrs BRICS' was among those attending.
The international industrial trade fair is running at Bharat Mandapam from September 9 to 11, bringing Russian and Indian companies, officials and investors under one roof to chase new deals in manufacturing, technology and investment.
One stand offered a whistle-stop tour of Russia itself, displaying products from regions across the country, including traditional lace, embroidery and painted toys.
"This stand represents Russian goods from almost every Russian region. Here you can see Yelets Lace, Tambovskaya Nevalyashka (traditional toys), embroidery from Torzhok, from Kaliningrad to Kamchatka. Here are goods from Russia you can buy or look at," stand owner Kristina said.
Russian and Indian folk arts and crafts are also getting their share of the spotlight, with manufacturers holding masterclasses throughout the three-day exhibition.
The inaugural INNOPROM India is focused on expanding industrial ties between Moscow and New Delhi, particularly in manufacturing, technology and investment.
India's National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation said the event brings together government representatives, manufacturers, technology companies, investors and industry organisations.
Bharat Mandapam is also set to host the 18th BRICS Summit on September 12 and 13, immediately after INNOPROM closes.
