This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all personal data that Ruptly LLC (hereinafter referred to as Ruptly) receives from users and/or about users when they use the https://www.ruptly.video website, as well as services, programs, and mobile applications of Ruptly (hereinafter referred to as Sites), from any device.

The use of the Sites means that the user has decided to provide their personal data to the Company and gives full and unconditional consent to their processing in accordance with the terms of this Policy. The User is aware that they are not obliged to provide any personal information to Ruptly.

Ruptly does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites to which users can click on links available on the Site.

Ruptly undertakes not to disclose to third parties or distribute personal data of users without their consent, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

On the basis of the agreement, Ruptly has the right to entrust the processing of users' personal data to another party. The use of the Sites by the user means the user has consented to the processing of their personal data by the specified party.

Ruptly processes users' personal data solely for such purposes such as communicating with users, including sending notifications and requests regarding the use of Sites, processing inquiries and requests from users, providing users with information about Ruptly's activities and information products, as well as to achieve other goals of Ruptly's activities.

When visiting Ruptly Websites, personal data (usage data) is collected. This data includes the user's IP address and information about the beginning, end, and method of using the Site, as well as any identification data (for example, name when logging into a secure section of the Website or payment data when making payments from an account), technical data transmitted by the user's browser (browser type and version, previous visits to the pages, the URL from which the user went to the Site), monitor resolution, device information (for example, device type), and operating system, if possible. Ruptly processes this information to ensure the operation of the Site and its compliance with user requests.

When registering on the Site, the user provides an email address.

By providing the email address, the user agrees to allow Ruptly to send emails to the specified email address in order to inform the user about Ruptly's services and provide other information related to Ruptly's activities.

By entering the address in the appropriate field and clicking on the 'Subscribe' button and selecting the 'I confirm that I have read and accept the Personal Data Processing Policy' box, the user consents to the processing of personal data for the specific purpose of gaining access to the Site section for registered users.

After completing the procedure for confirming the email address, the user, upon request, indicates their first name, last name, country of current residence, and company name (if any).

A link to Ruptly's registration page may be sent to the user at the request of a team member or a colleague of the user. In this case, the user provides some of the above data in one form.

The provision of personal data is required to register or open a User Account on the Site. In the absence of personal data, the user will not be able to use the functions of the Site.

A User can delete an Account at any time if they have no outstanding debt to Ruptly. If there is a license agreement with the user with automatic renewal and regular payments due to Ruptly, the user must terminate the license agreement before deleting the Account. The Account will be deleted when all payments due to Ruptly have already been processed after the termination of the license agreement. If all payments due to Ruptly have not been received after the request to delete the Account, the Account will be deleted after the last payment is received.

To download Content from the Site, you must have a User Account and provide additional personal data, for example, bank details. In the absence of the specified personal data, Content is not provided.

Users who wish to download Content under a license agreement with Ruptly must undergo verification. In this case, Ruptly requests payment data before verifying and concluding a license agreement with the user. Ruptly stores this information. Ruptly deletes the user's payment data in the event of termination of the license agreement with the user or the user's refusal to conclude a license agreement with Ruptly.

Personal data can be processed in the following ways:

• non-automated processing of personal data
• automated processing of personal data
• mixed processing of personal data

The information obtained during the processing of personal data can be transmitted over Ruptly's internal network, as well as in using the public internet network.

Ruptly takes all necessary organizational and technical measures to protect users' personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, and dissemination, as well as other illegal actions related to personal data. To implement these measures, Ruptly identifies threats to the security of personal data during its processing, applies information security tools that have passed a compliance assessment procedure, and, in cases where the use of such tools is necessary to neutralize current threats to the security of personal data, establishes rules for access to users' personal data and strictly monitors all measures taken to ensure the security of personal data and the level of security of personal data information systems.

Be advised that, that in order to improve the operation of Ruptly's Sites, 'cookies' can be used to assist in configuring the user interface in accordance with the user's preferences (for more information, see 'Notification of the Use of Cookies').

Ruptly reserves the right to make changes and additions to this Policy. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on Ruptly's Websites.
